How to reach the conference, the secretariat, and the partner VI CBDPP
Most questions are best routed through one of two e-mail addresses. The conference team answers from both, and forwards internally when a message needs another set of eyes.
For questions about the program, the scientific sessions, the partner VI CBDPP, partnerships, or anything that does not have an obvious specialised channel. Indeed, when in doubt, this is the right address.
For travel arrangements, accommodation, on-site logistics, support for presenters, and operational matters. The secretariat is the right address for accepted authors and for invited speakers handling flight and lodging logistics.
